| - Although this group is fairly new, they took over for my old OB who retired back in January. He was the best in the business, and he chose the best to replace him. He was the second, and now Dr. Branaman is the third OB I've had since I started trying to get pregnant 2 years ago. I left my prior OB because the doctor seemed to be meeting me for the first time every time I went in, which, obviously, is a little annoying.
This office is the complete opposite of that old office in every way. Every staff member actually gives a crap. They know me, they're nice to me, and they want to make my experience as easy as humanly possible.
When I walk into the office and sign in, I'm usually out of the waiting room within ten minutes. They run a very tight ship and do their best to stick to the schedule as rigidly as possible. They always have my file on them while they're working with me, so if I have any questions about my personal history, they have all the information right there. When I see the doctor, she always comes in with her laptop so she can review notes on my file and make sure that all my questions are answered. It's always a sit down meeting where I know I'm not leaving until everything is taken care of. Appointments take as long as they take, and she never makes me feel rushed or unimportant.
After 3 miscarriages, I went through a LOT of testing to make sure that my body was capable of carrying. Now, after all that and some life changes that may have been complicating the pregnancies, I am now 33 weeks pregnant and looking forward to our new little one very soon. This office didn't make my pregnancy happen per se, but they certainly have done their best to make sure that I am taken care of as well as possible for the duration. I trust them implicitly and will never leave.
