Dr. Patel was a great doctor. Unfortunately the customer service and non existent billing department sucks! I went through fertility when I was diagnosed with cancer at 21 years old. Everything went well until now a year and a half later when I am paying for the storage of our embryos. Got a bill in October for the storage of our embryos and the storage of my husbands sperm. Not sure why they are having that stored when his sperm count is practically zero. Called and left messages multiple times with no returned phone call until finally we paid it when it went to collections. In November I made a payment on the storage of our embryos. What I didn't know was that they stored my account information and set it up on an auto pay, without authorization! In December I paid the rest of the balance and thought all was said and done. When I looked at my statement I noticed that they charged me again for the auto pay they set up. I called in before Christmas and asked for a refund. I was told Libby would call me back....Of course that was a lie. So I called back again when the girl at the front desk told me a refund check was in the mail and I would have it in a few days. It is now January 5 and no refund check and they charged my account again. My balance has been paid off, quit charging my account!! The girl at the front desk had me email a Connie yesterday explaining everything that has happened, no response from her either. I have other bills to pay from my cancer treatment, this is absolutely terrible service. Dr. Patel needs a better staff on how to get things taken care of properly.
