| - I wish I was provided the level of service that the other people that put reviews on here got. My car has been there 2 weeks and I got updates via text 12/28 saying that my car was on track to be done by January 5, 2016. It probably didn't help that I was dumped off by one service writer, Wayne, to another mid repair. They have done absolutely NOTHING with my car, except get a check from my insurance company. I called and they placed blame on my insurance, so I called and my insurance, they are blaming Service King. I am disappointed in both companies for dropping the ball. I became a low priority for Service King and this has caused me a LOT of stress. I now have to depend on someone to get up at 4am to take me to work every day, as I cannot afford another $300 a week rental car. I will never use Service King again, and I will tell everyone I know not to use them either, including my insurance company, the ones that recommended them to me. I have no idea when my car will be done because no one there can give me a solid answer. If I could give zero stars, I would!
