  • Let me start off by saying that I ended up canceling my reservation and not boarding my baby here. I called inquiring about boarding for the Thanksgiving weekend and after answering a few questions including what type of dog I have (which is a beautiful pit bull mix girl) I was provided with options for my pets stay. I chose the 4-star package because my dog is still young and really needs the all day play to burn off that puppy energy. I pay a deposit and set up an orientation. Once I arrived at the facility, I was told that my dog doesn't qualify for the all day play option of the 4 star upgrade despite being great with other dogs because she is a pit and their insurance doesn't allow pitbulls to play with other dogs. Well, if I was told that when I first called, I wouldn't have even considered this facility. They promised "UP TO 4 hours of play with a staff member", really? I don't buy it. For how many dogs they have there, definitely not enough staff to spend 4 hrs a day with 1 dog. Anyway, it ended up being a huge waste of time, the 2nd star is only for the quick refund I received.
