For the most part, nice place. However my family and I are going elsewhere. They gave us a $50 credit then when we went to use it said "sorry you can't use this", so why give it to us? It's not even about the money, fortunately $50 does not put us in deep debt, it is the principle of the matter... I felt lied to and I am not okay with that, is it so hard to find good honest dentists... When I informed the girl at the front she said "OK I will make note that you are leaving", so you could care less about your clients, Great! Usually you get an "I am sorry, is everything okay?"
Response to the reply: when my husband received during his appointment, he confirmed if it was for our use and then I double confirmed when I came in for my appointment that we can use it. But my point is that there was attitude and we we're treated poorly. End of story. The $50 is not that big of a deal, it was the lack of concern for this wrong information that we both received on separate occasions.
