  • Second time we are without heat. It's Sunday and we are told this is not an emergency and no one will be here until Tuesday It's 29 degrees outside and 60 degrees inside. What the #%&@ we are COLD. Living here has been 8 months of misery. Waypoint has no entegraty its all about the money. RUN from this company.
