  • The store staff was helpful, however the delivery did not work as I was told. They use R&L for delivery and was suppose to send by "box truck" their term not mine, and it showed up, in a transfer truck. Not allowed in neighborhood. R&L refused to wait for us to try and sort out getting it off the truck, and sent it own its way. After numerous calls to Floor and Decor I am still no closer to having my order. This is a real mess up and no one seems motivated to get it sorted. VERY very disappointing.
