| - Update: Wow, really surprised at the very negative reviews. Yes, I have had more creative, fun stuff, but didn't find anything wrong w facility. I have been to very high end spas. This was standard and as mentioned I liked the lounge...maybe they changed it. I have been in "doctor office" wait room ones...they do suck. Love people saying they are members at Massage Envy, so they know about spas....yeah, me too, I won't step foot in one. You are paying for someone to rub lotion on you two months out of school.

Was really surprised after booking a groupon to having two of the best services I've had in a very long time. I have been to many upscale spas, so a little particular. I loved the lounge area...perfect in layout, quietness, lighting, no tv, very comfortable chaise, appropriately quiet workers, etc....this is obviously a must for me....sets the tone. The rest of the facility was nice and standard...saunas and steams...no fun, creative rooms, but a nice standard facility.
My masseuse was skilled and professional, as well as my aesthetician. Aesthetician was knowledgeable and 17 yrs experience, not sure about masseuse, but she was not a newbie....Neither focused on "the sale" of upgrades and included things that many try to offer for add ons.
They did write down the products and say they were available in the lobby. This was also done in a tactful way and not a let me make some sales way. I did buy one of the recommendations, which is rare.
They did add the automatic gratuity as stated in the groupon, but I felt the services were excellent. I would recommend and return.
Since so many bad reviews, add for my own knowledge....LaShone was masseuse and Meru was aesthetician.
