  • This store, which had been recommended by a friend, offers 'by appointment' shopping on days they are normally closed. Since the day we were planning to shop was a 'closed' day, I called and made an appointment to come look at men's wedding bands. We were stood up! No one was there! I called the store's business number after 10 minutes waiting, left a message, and left. I later noticed that about 15 minutes after we left, the jeweler called and offered a very casual nonchalant apology claiming she had been held up in an appointment, and asking me to call to reschedule. Wow. Not only did this store fail to keep the appointment, they didn't seem to feel that bad about it or realize how disappointing and inconvenient this was for us! Completely unprofessional. We are looking for fairly standard rings and we had a friend's recommendation, so this in all likelihood would have been an easy sale, that they threw away. You've been warned!
