  • I love this hotel and this company runs some of the best service in the industry. I am a woman that travels for pleasure with my husband or with friends, and I will always look for the Kimpton Brand for my stays. We were greeted warmly by a young woman Erin. She offered us an upgrade, (become a member), and we were thrilled with the suite. A beautiful suite with a large living area, the amenities expected, and a large bedroom at the other end of the hallway. Very nice bathrobes, an umbrella, I mention this because the details make it. Coffee set up in the morning and wine reception as during cocktail hour. The hotel location is great for downtown. A very pretty restaurant attached as well. Most important, the bartenders, housekeeping, and all hotel staff are being trained well. I highly recommend this hotel as well as any hotel they run.
