We stopped in for a quick bite before heading home after hitting the outlets, and were pleasantly surprised. We ordered the burnt ends, bacon jam, and fried chicken skin - and that hit the spot for us two. Manny was our server, was super nice and had great recommendations regarding the menu items. First, the burnt ends were a perfect balance of crispy charred fat and meat, and the sauce wasn't too sweet. Perfect. Second, the bacon jam was a balanced blend of seasoned sweet and savory without a sugary overkill. And third, the fried chicken skin is probably the best you'll find in Las Vegas. We order this everywhere, and Carson Kitchen has everyone beat. This is a must-visit.
