I haven't experienced much Chinese cuisine in Chinatown, so I can't rightly say where Ho Won fits on the scale of endless restaurants. We came here for my birthday a couple of years ago, and did as we normally do in these types of places: order an endless parade of dishes to share. Nothing really popped out at me, it was all consistently good. The ginger beef was flavored well, and the squid was on the tender side. We shared good laughs that night, and managed to keep some extra cash for coffees: why give a good tip when the service is non-existent?
