| - Good, but not great.
Ketchup is a burger place that is good, but potentially could be great. First time I went, I had the breakfast burger. Patty was good, not top shelf and for a bacon connoisseur like me, they certainly could've stepped up their bacon game. Overall good, but a little lacking.
I also recently discovered that they have a BOGO on hot dogs on Tuesday so I decided to give that a whirl one day. I had the crunch dog and the Vegas dog. The Vegas dog was basically a Costco hot dog with all the toppings, so good but definitely not worth 7.50 but the crunch dog was a step up. It comes with bacon and onion crunch. As noted earlier, the bacon game needs to step up. This might sound weird but the onion crunch was too crunchy I don't know whether it's pre made or if the chef fries it but it was waaaay too crunchy. Less is more folks.
Two things this place has going for it: location is perfect. It's right by the parking garage when you enter so they'll always have foot traffic. It's actually why I even tried them in the first place: I was heading home and hungry so I decided to try them out.
The second thing they have going for them is their ketchup. I haven't even had the whole spectrum but I had the sriracha ketchup and the hickory ketchup and I loved them. That's something that I give them major props for that.
Where I think they can improve is customer service. The staff always gives the impression of basically sleepwalking anytime I go there, maybe i just have bad luck.
Another area of improvement would be to promote all the ketchup. Literally nobody that works there ever told me about them; I only discovered it accidentally when I wanted to get some ketchup for my friends fries. It would've been great to have been told about it, or possibly even given the option to have swapped out the regular ketchup for one of those on my hot dogs. It would've made a world of difference
Overall, I think its ok but I'm not really in any rush to go back
