  • I live in Dublin, California and was planing to fly down to purchase a BMW K 1300S from AZ Moto folks. I was dealing with John Murrietta the sales manager. I placed a deposit of $500 towards the bike and had all intentions to get the bike. Due to house sale and vacation plan conflicts I was unable to make it. John and all the folks at AZ are just amazing and their customer service is just fantastic. These guys believe in customer satisfaction over dollars and cents. John completely understood my situation and without hesitation gave me a full refund. I would definitely give them 2 thumbs up and if you are considering getting a bike and live out of state or if you are a local from Scottsdale go see these guys for your shopping needs. Honesty, intregity, straight talk, quick and fair negotiations, and follow up on customers service EVEN WHEN YOU DO NOT GET A SALE is rare there days. Go see the good people at AZ motorcycles!!!!
