  • I'm from California so maybe I don't know any better, but I just had the best half rack of ribs in my life. The sauce was great, not too sweet, and the meat just fell off the bone. Even the sides - I had potato salad and coleslaw - were amazing. And the serving sizes were more than ample. As desperately as I wanted to, I couldn't eat everything that was on my plate. This is a "must stop" for me the next time I'm in Charlotte.
