  • I was very impressed with LT the service man at Young's A/C. He was very knowledgeable, trustworthy and responsive. He explained my problem and changed me a very reasonable fee to resolve it. I appreciate how he didn't suggest additional repairs or fabricate issues in order to charge me more than his service fee. THIS IS HUGE, because it builds trust. Since I don't know anything about AC units I feel a bit vulnerable when it comes to hiring a repairman. I need someone who is knowledgable and trustworthy....and also affordable!! LT is ALL of the above! Thank you, I will definitely call on Young's again!
