  • Ugh...where to start. I purchased a bedroom set from the Chandler Store and did the 6 months no interest financing. The company(Progressive Financing) Mega uses to finance your purchase is a huge scam, do NOT finance with them if you can find other means to pay. They never withdrew the automated payments. I called them several times to pay and was advised that there were system glitches, computer errors, wrong bank info...blahblah. Progressive called a week before the balance was due and indicated that if it wasn't paid in full my 1875.00 balance would balloon to 3,400.00. !!!!!!! I cancelled the remaining furniture that I had ordered because of the financing fiasco. I went in person, to the store and was advised by the cashier, the warranty that I no longer needed due to the cancelled order was "non-refundable". Wait.....what? I'm not buying the furniture how can I be compelled to purchase a warranty for a cancelled order? After refusing to pay, or leave until the warranty issue was resolved, another cashier stepped in and cancelled the warranty. It took 20 minutes of "heated debate" to have the warranty refunded. The furniture is...just ok. Typical mass produced wood type material. There was a bit of a language barrier with delivery...and the delivery setup. The delivery scheduling is wack as well. If you don't answer or call back regarding the date and time, it's considered unconfirmed, and they don't schedule. This place is probably on of the reasons people buy off of Craigslist or ...well anywhere second hand. Prepare for a hassle, and DONOT finance with them.
