  • We recently bought a house in Peoria and hired Gary/PlumbNow to remove a walk-in tub and replace with a normal bathtub. The replacement tub he installed has cracked in a number of areas and we attempted to contact Gary to make repairs. He quickly blocked our phone numbers and we now need to find a new plumber to make things right. Overall an incredibly unprofessional, awful experience. I would give zero stars if possible.
