| - I'm pretty certain all the positive reviews about this store are fake or, perhaps, there was a sudden and very temporary spurt of competency. Well, to be fair, these folks are very competent at taking your money. I walked in, sat down with Rachel, and had a bed set in under 20 minutes. We laughed, she tossed on a couple little discounts, all was well. I wasn't moving for weeks and set my delivery up accordingly, meaning that everyone had plenty of time to make sure everything was perfect. And it was!

I was given a morning timeframe of 10am to 1pm. Anyone here at 1pm? Nope. I called about 5 minutes til to make sure all was well.
"Oh they're just leaving now."
Ok, fine. I was assured they'd arrive in about 20 min. About 20 min later I get a call saying, ooh! now we're on our way. 20 minutes later (40 minutes late) they finally arrive. It only takes about 20 minutes (no traffic, middle of the day!) to cross this entire city. Thanks for lying to me.
Now this review wouldn't merit such a rating for one little snafu. But wait. There's more.
After the delivery guys finished I checked on the bed to find it was missing a piece I'd payed extra for. Wait, what? Were you going to tell me? That information was not volunteered, mind you, it was just admitted to when I asked wtf was going on. I was informed the part was broken. That's cool. I mean they only had about two and a half freaking weeks to give my stuff a quick once over.
The guy says "They'll call you to set up a time for delivery, but I'd say to call them."
I almost felt bad for the delivery guy since even he seemed aware of what a crap outfit he works for. So, just for kicks and because I'm busy as hell, I wait and see if they'll call. Two days later I get nothing. I call, am told this will be looked into, and I'll get a call back. Haha, right. Two more days and I'm, of course, calling again. I honestly think they'd have just stolen my money for the part if I didn't contact them!
So where am I now? I have a delivery scheduled (1pm to 6pm on a weekday because f@#$, who needs that 5 hour time period which will probably be more like 6 or 7 hours judging by this experience) hoping that they actually come. No compensation was or will be offered for my time ("Maybe I can do something for you on a future order?" It's a paraphrase of how Rachel decided to insult me. Future order? Cute.) Avoid this place unless you're aggressive and unemployed because you need a lot of time and anger to get anything here.
