  • Bought cabinets for my house. Took 4 plus weeks longer than represented. Then took another 2 months for bad accessory pieces to be replaced. My friend used them and had their installer do his high end home. Installer did not hook up the drain in the kitchen properly causing damage to the sink cabinet below from water. Terrible lack of follow thru and responsibility taken by these folks. Hundreds spent to rectify. Customer service is poor on follow through. If u do business with them ..... order xtra accessories up front. These are all ready to assemble chinese made cabinets so you are at the mercy of whatever is made and in hand. Like carpet or tile you need to beware that items can come from different runs and be slightly off in color and finish. This product is ok if you are on a budget, and dont expect perfection but i dont think i would return for personal residence...but for a flip or nice rental i might.
