By far the WORST experience ever. If i could rate 0 stars I would. I placed an order (3:31pm) for pick up same day & received an e-mail (3:38pm) stating that my order would be ready within 4 hours. Which is fine I have done this many times before. It was 8:38pm & no information so i called the store & spoke to an associate in electrical who informed me that orders placed today are picked up after 10am the following day (which is only true if the order was placed after 6pm) I am transferred to the Support Manager John who proceeds to tell me the exact thing then puts me on hold...31m56s mins goes by since being placed on hold so i hang up & call again rings for 2m49s & no one picks up. I call again & wait (at this point i am above & beyond upset) 9m go by when some FINALLY picks up the phone & i get transferred & hung up on...this phone game goes on for a long time because its already 9:23pm (yeap a hour into it) finally the Support Manager John picks up & tells me that he has been running around trying to find my order..which is odd because THEY DONT HAVE MY INFORMATION YET!!!!!!! I went on the Walmart web site & it clearly states that my orer should have been ready by 7:36pm Tue, Oct 18 (today) I ask for his managers number & his snood remark "I cant give you my managers number, If you had a receipt - the number would be on the bottom" So at this point I lost it & politely say "John you are not worthy to be a manager, you're an a*hole" I dont normally loose my cool & I know it was not very nice...however waiting for a hour being tossed around from person to person, being lied too but most importantly being talked down too that was the straw that broke the camels back. Unfortunately I cant even cancel the order so now i have to wait even more & instead of just pulling the order to be done with it (me lol) nope. I should have listened to the other reviewers & stayed as far away from this place.
p.s. I have photos of the calling game & the e-mail & my web status as proof of not over exaggerating my experience.
