  • Love this place have been here long it's a lil pricy but worth it if you like quite and I hunt hears about bed bugs with this place. They seem to be fast with fixing item or replacing items in home if damages. The staff at office is nice. But the only thing I feel they need to improve on is the guest area. Came to get hot coco and use computer, there's no hot coco. it's a bummer two people can't use the computers at the same time. You would think after paying all this money they would make it completely comfortable when your in the guest area. I had to take the mouse from the non working computer to use it at the mouse less computer. When I asked about the mouse they said it's broke that's it it's broke. (Never said they where gonna replace it or waiting on a replacement but it's broke and that's not an good answer to me after paying so much. After spending about 40mins on the computer I couldn't use the printer cause there is no ink in the ink cartridge.bring your own laptop these computer are cheap. Don't get me wrong I love this place but that guest area is horrible I never seen a remote for the guest tv.
