  • Warning.... Sparkletts Water is a billing scam! My wife and I moved from our last address to a new home. We gave Sparkletts our forwarding address for our Last bill. Our new home has a water system and we don't need a water cooler. I do use bottled water on the golf course but now I would never buy anything for this company and here's why. The first thing is they never sent us a final bill at the new address. They then tacked on a $10 late charge because they didn't get the $21 final payment. I called them and they said they would send the final bill to our new address... by the way they did have the new address, and they would forgive the $10 late payment. Now a month later I still have not received a final bill and when I call the phone number on the old bill it just hangs up or is a busy signal. This is not the first time the phone at Sparkletts does not work. And it seems the billing staff does not work ether. By the way the delivery guy was hit and miss as well. At times I still had to buy water at the store. Stay away form these guys!
