  • Beautiful hotel! Very clean and modern! We did have a couple issues like a smoke alarm beeping at 3am, a leaky shower head, and a rattling heater. But they worked with us and did offer us a suite upgrade, we were leaving the next day so switching rooms didn't really make sense. Instead they did comp us the difference between the suite and a regular room, which was appreciated. All in all, good customer service and a very nice clean room. PS. the pillows are very firm so i would suggest asking for a softer pillow upon check in!
