My first experience with these guys was "decent." Price was excessive, but being new to the area I figured that was the going rate (found out later it isn't at all the going rate). I really like their location (very near me), and really liked Art (the owner).
Their price is roughly 30% more than any other dealer I've called. I could deal with that; what happened next floored me.
I called today to have a front tire installed, and was told that "It's really difficult to jack up your bike." I disagreed with the person on the phone and told him I'd even bring him a jack for the bike, but I don't have the tire mounting equipment. He then responded with "It takes a lot of time to jack up and service that bike, and that's why the cost is so high."
My bike is no different than any other cruiser, and this shop claims to cater to big cruisers.
What shocked me was that when the second time I said it was an easy bike to jack up, he responded with "Well, you think you know better than we do" and hanged up on me.
I've attached/posted a pic of the bike on a standard motorcycle jack available at any bike shop (including Canadian Tire) for $75.00. I'd be embarrassed if I called myself a "Bike Shop" and then couldn't put a big bike on a jack.

Now...was THAT so difficult?
Hey guys, can you spell "influential lost customer?"
