Friendly staff! Never did the staff stop working however there was always something forgotten about. They should put add more staff to this cruise.
We cruised on the Oriole (disappointment) as it was very small and the seating was awful. Guest who seated 2 seemed to be squished in the corner of the boat where you couldn't see outside the window. The dinning area was very cold.
Water took absolutely for ever but what made our dinner cruise not so enjoyable was the lack of adequate utensils. Perhaps it's for safety reason, however we had the option to have a slice of beef and we couldn't cut it with our butter knife! This boat doesn't have a kitchen for what we could see and left food to get cold very very fast!
We had half of our plate and unfortunately wasted the rest.
As for dessert, they seemed to give a great break between the main meal and dessert. (This is nice, we had the chance to digest)
However once dessert became available they ran out of many options quickly and had no drinkable cream or milk as it had gone bad. Coffee and tea should have been available from the moment dinner was complete as once again it was freezing!
Overall, I wouldn't pay to do this dinner cruise but the view.... You should see the city from this point of view at least once:)
