| - Where do I begin? I came in exactly a week ago to try a new place, reviews convinced me so I went. I was help immediately and though I don't remember the girl who did my nails, I thought she did great. Until about two days ago, the nail started to come off, it was gel and I remember being told there was a 2 week guarantee, well today August 30th I go in to get them fixed, turns out it's a 1 week guarantee, they made it such a huge deal for me to get my nails redone that they almost didn't believe me! They thought maybe I came to the wrong place and when I told them that I posted my nails on Instagram with the location tagged to it they calmed down a bit. Now the second part that upset me and another reason why they didn't believe that I came to their location to get my nails done was that the opi lobster color apparently was too light on their fake nail display, they pointed out it was lighter than the colors I had on, well I'm happy to post the picture to demonstrate that they both are in fact the same color. I felt so uncomfortable, if they always questions customers that have to return because maybe their nail tech didn't do the job right the first time then they can forget about getting a second visit or even any recommendations from me. They also stated that the technique used on my nails isn't how it's done and they kept wanting to question who did my nails, mind you this the first time I came in was a week ago, as if I don't see so many different people throughout the week that I'm gonna be able to remember her immediately! Overall my first experience was fine, until the fact the gel started to come off. The second visit was terrible. They asked me to review them during my first visit, I'm glad I didn't because if it wasn't for this experience I would have regretted the first review. Plus I'm happy for this experience because I'm definitely going to give them the rating they deserve. If you've been a regular to this salon and they've taken care of you, that's great however I was a one time customer hoping to make this my salon but I promise that I will never be back! Will definitely take my business elsewhere. If it was possible to give them 0 stars that's exactly what they would get. I will however give them 1 star, for the first visit and I would have given them an extra star for today however given the way they made me feel, they definitely don't deserve it!
