  • I really wish I had thought to look up the rating on Yelp before scheduling my appointment! I would have at least chosen another locaiton. I went to my appointment prepared with my favorites list printed and ready to buy a dress as my wedding is coming soon (short engagement). My consultant didn't care one bit about the dresses I had saved or the style of dress and look I'm going for. She started bringing in dresses she thought would fit my "heavy" frame. Which, by the way I do not consider myself heavy! That is a word that should NEVER be said to a client EVER! My friends who came with me had to go out and find the style of dress I am looking for. They don't stock anything that is reasonably priced from the website so if this is what you're looking for don't plan to find it in this store. I found two dresses that were okay and in the style I like, but I think that after the whole appointment being such a negative experience I was just done. I had been to David's (the Henderson location both times) twice before with two other friends who got married and the consultants were wonderful and made them feel beautiful and tried their best to make it an enjoyable experience. I thought that I would have much the same experience and even if I didn't find a dress here I thought that it would be fun and memorable. To top off the appointment the consultant left to get a drink of water and after about thirty minutes of sitting in a dress I didn't like I told one of my friends to get it off of me that we were done. On the way out the manager asked if something was wrong and tried to fix the problem by making another appointment. I have way too much going on though to come back and spend another night like this and my friends can't come back again and this is why we scheduled the time we did so we could all be there. I'm even more stressed out now than I was before because after wasting a night of my time I still don't have a dress and am clueless now on what to do because I was so certain I would find a dress here I haven't checked into anything else. If you want to feel special during this wonderful time in your life please do not come here and expect that!
