  • I ended up staying here when I got stuck in Charlotte overnight due to a missed connection. Room was fine, comfortable and clean. Lobby is one of those giant atria with palm trees. Free Shuttle bus to and from the airport worked well and was quite convenient. Staff was attentive and helpful. Restaurant opens at 6 am but there was no staff in site when I showed up then. I ended up serving myself off the buffet before seeing a soul.
