After Carl's was not able to accommodate a same day service call at one of my rental properties, the tenant suggested that I try Innovative Air. They were able to send a technician that afternoon. After a prompt diagnosis, the owner called to discuss the repairs. Estimate was reasonable, the owner offered me a discount since I own multiple properties and the repair was scheduled for the next day. When the repair was being performed, another issue was discovered. The owner actually sent me a video documenting the issue (a first for me from an HVAC company) and also completed the additional repair same day. Very pleased with my experience and will definitely use the company again.
