My husband and I started working out at OT in January 2015. The variety in the workouts and the individual heart monitors have kept me motivated. I can't rave enough about instructor Thunder! As a beginner with physical challenges, he has helped me immensely with various modifications to the exercises without compromising the workout. He is engaged with the class members. I also have been impressed by Kyle. He is super friendly and made it a point to get our names, recognizing that we are new. He also was attentive to individualized needs as he monitored the room.
