  • I don't know why they would be getting a bad review. First of all, I used them for all of the banners I needed for my job. I probably ordered about 10 a year. I never had them over promise time lines and then never deliver. They always send a proof before going to print and wait for your approval. There was one time that I wasn't able to get to their office in enough time to pick it up that they brought it to me the next day because I needed them at 7a.m. Who does that? Never had better customer service. Quality is good, but they don't hold up to weather very well if you leave out in the sun all day. But the prices are competitive and I won't go elsewhere because they are friendly and give good service. And that does deserve a 5 star rating in my book.
