  • This is an older Mark Tayler. They maintain it well. The staff is marvelous. These are VERY noisy apartments. On the weekend, the kids in the recreation areas are 24/7 loud screaming. You can hear every footstep and drawer opening of an apartment above you. In fact, normal walking can cause your walls to shake a little. See San Norterra---better design and construction...newer.
