  • As a local Las Vegan, the Double Down really is my home away from home...we're there at least once a week. The place is fabulous! Its a great place for awesome rock/punk music (which is rare for Vegas) and great, generally harmless people. Here are a few things to remember while visiting our beloved Double Down: Be nice to Wade...yes hes odd, but he's one of us. If you're mean to him, we'd kill for him. Plus he secretely has more money than you do...hes just THAT strange. "You puke, you clean..." Yeah...we're dead serious about that. Bring cash...they claim they take cards, but generally frown upon it. Don't try to figure out the Ass Juice...it changes nightly. Its basically whatever is left in near empty bottles mixed together. Please leave your high maintenance girlfriends at the hotel. Chances are they will HATE our beloved little bar, and the locals wont deal with her. Park across the street...we double and triple park at the Double Down...you'll most likely be boxed in. The bathrooms are actually pretty sanitary. Yes, they're disgusting and trashy, and slightly scary, but the facilities themselves are usually kept up. And lastly...please don't act like a complete tool and disrespect our place...you may only be here for 3 days...but the rest of us call it home! Happy drinking!
