Not needing any urgent service, I went to AAA in Gilbert to get some preventive maintenance done before a road trip. When I arrived, three service advisers were deep into their computers and ignored me, the only person standing at the Service Desk. Finally, the lady service adviser asked if I needed something without ever looking up at me. When I said "yes", she rolled her eyes, and said, "What?" I said, "Nothing, I've changed my mind" and left the building. I went to the Ford dealer and received excellent service.
I can only imagine if they are so poor with Customer Service at this stage, what might happen if there were any complications with the work done on my car.
