  • Best Buy is a good place to stop by to use the internet for free, and this is the only reason I am giving this store an extra star. The fact that most of the people working there are completely inattentive, spending most of their time gossiping with each other is an added bonus, because I can use the internet longer without being hassled. When my husband and I today actually wanted to buy a Tivo and ask some questions, we got completely ignored by a few associates who felt their conversation was more important than my purchasing my Tivo from their store. We literally waited around for about 20 minutes and did not even acknowledge me until I snapped a photo of them (see attached), causing them to disperse like cockroaches. Best Buy as a whole is not bad, as their financing plans can be pretty generous. However, this location has the worst associates from any Best Buy I have ever been to. If by chance the associates in this photo reads this review, I just want to let you know that none of you should ever work in a customer oriented job, anywhere, ever.
