  • Dr. Gawley is one of the best plastic surgeons in Az if you ask me. I am a stylist here in Scottsdale and have seen lots and lots of bad plastic surgery here in the valley. So when it was my turn to get plastic surgery I wanted to go to only the best. I asked all my clients (the ones with good plastic surgery) who they went to and Dr. Gawley was one that was recommended by one of my clients that went in for a lift after losing 125lbs. During her lift Dr. Gawley sent out her breast tissue for testing and it came back that she had cancer. After having a double mastectomy Dr. Gawley did reconstructive surgery on her and they look amazing again! I needed a lift and implants after having my daughter so Dr. Gawley is who I went with. I am very very happy still to this day and it has been 7 years. I have referred many of my clients to him over the past 7 years and everyone has been just as pleased as I am. I'm thinking about going smaller this year and went on yelp just to see what others have said about Dr. Gawley. I was shocked to see some reviews were not the best. I guess that's life you can't make everyone happy! I will definitely be going back to him and will continue referring my clients, friends, and family to him!!!
