  • I am very disappointed with Palms phone customer service. We went last year to celebrate our anniversary and this year we were going to stay overnight for my birthdate, but realized that they did not offer free breakfast voucher so I called to ask about this. She not only said no, but reminded me that because we are locals, we have to pay heavy security deposit. We ended up in Planet Hollywood instead after that conversation. How pathetic is her attitude and lack of customer service. You know they have issues with customer service when you see a coupon for 15% off if you like them on facebook. This kind of attitude shows you why they are hurting.
