  • The front desk is completely useless. I boarded my pets for 5 days. One was on prednisone, the much darker almost black 7# one. The 15# red one was given the prednisone and the other one was withdrawn cold turkey. My vet was FURIOUS and the staff did not care or admit any wrongdoing. I guess I'm lucky my pets didn't die.
