  • I am appalled at the unethical tactics these people will go to get a sell. My daughter went to find out about getting a car and trading in her old cars. The sales person took her keys to give her an estimate on her trade in. After negotiations they came back to her with a payment she could not afford and that's when things went really bad. She asked for her keys back and the sales man kept pushing the sale on her. She again asked for her keys several times and was to the point of crying when she finally got here keys. She was in her car trying to leave when the salesman opened her drivers side door so she could not leave and harassed her even further. Shame on you!!!
