  • They are awful. First they tell you they can make something, but when you go to pick it up they say they cannot make it. They do not bother to call and tell you. When you go into the store they treat you without regard or respect. Act as if they have no clue what you are coming in for even though you were there the day before when they told you they would have the medication the following day. This has happened to me on two occasions and I will no longer use them for anything. They will just lie to your face!!!!!!!!!!! Unreal that the company done so well when they have so little regard for the very population they are serving. I hope they go out of business! They lost all quality when changing from Apothocary Shop to giant corporate, interested only in the bottom line Avella.
