  • My wife and I just bought a new toy hauler from this location in LV. Everything was fine until they delivered the coach to us. The young man had no idea on the workings of our new Raptor. The problems grew significantly when we tried to get the issues that we found upon delivery resolved. The service department at this location is terrible. Can't get any information from them and no one seems to really care. After our unit had set for two weeks I got a call that it was ready to be picked up. Once I arrived they had only fixed two of the ten problems and had no answers. Deer in the headlights best describes the employees at this location.
