  • David helped us to find, negotiate and close on our new home. The whole process had challenges due to emotionally attached homeowners, an ill-informed appraiser and delays from our mortgage company (that moved SO slowly!) Even with all of those external factors, David helped to take the stress out of the process and keep us in contract. He was very involved and we could not have asked for anything better. I definitely suggest working with David and will be happy to refer friends and family his way.
