  • I write this review as a property investor who was looking for a property management firm to look over my property in Las Vegas. It seems all the bad reviews center around Todd, and this review is no different. This company, Tod specifically, is very unresponsive. I suspected that if they weren't able to keep appointments or return phone calls, then they would have similar issues with tenants. The Yelp reviews seem to have proved that point.
