  • They recently change the name to Wood-spring Suites. These style of hotels have their pluses and minuses. The pluses are secured access doors and cameras in the hotel and parking lot. It has laundry onsite; although it is slightly over priced. It has excellent high speed Wi-Fi access. One of the fastest in the area. The rooms are very clean and well maintained. The room rates are very good for the area. Michael and Chris are the best employees at Value Place. Adrianne has improved the most and is doing a good job. They have changed the staff around recently and the new staff is not friendly and social like the old staff. No one is ever in the office after 4PM; and all the guests find this very frustrating. The cable TV choice is pathetic. They do not even have AMC; and no HD at all. Lastly, the walls are thin, so the noise from drunks stumbling in at 3AM can get stressful.
