  • I used to really like Discount Tire and have been going for years. The last few visits to this location have been horrible. Not doing the job right, having to return because center caps were loose and telling me it will only take 40-45 minutes then taking 2 hours. It's truly disappointing. Update: After writing this review Alex the store manager called me to apologize and get more feedback. I've gone back to the store a few times since to give him a chance to make it up. He has, and it seems like Alex genuinely cared and is trying to make a difference.
