I have been coming to the Wynn every year for the past 5 years posted a lengthy review in 2013 hope not to be to lengthy this time. Aerial and Presley as pool wait staff performed above the mark the way they took care of my sick grandson at the pool side were above what anyone could have expected their true compassion for this sick little boy were above the norm and made our stay at the Wynn extra special. The manager that stopped the hammering above our room the day we had to stay in the room for the day is to be commended, we had put up with the hammering for 2 days but this time we were stuck in room due to illness and we couldn't leave the manager took my call seriously and handled the situation with the utmost importance. The room service staff I got to see 3 times a day everyday for 5 days and not one of these persons underperformed they were the epitome of professionalism and their service was beyond reproach. Early check in was a problem but man did the staff of this hotel make up for it I would wait hours for this type of service again outstanding team. This is why we spend more to stay with you and why we spend so much money with Lana in the Chanel store. Outstanding all around by everyone on your team not one failing grade this time. You have truly cemented yourselves as the best hotel with the best staff on the strip.
