  • A newly opened cafe located in the heart of Cabbagetown, MerryBerry first surprised me with its quirky and colourful decor. I am definitely someone who is willing to compensate money for a good environment and this is another great example of a cafe that has slightly pricier foods (I went for lunch, cost about $13 with a drink) but has an atmosphere of the young and hip, abuzz with a coolness. I went on a Sunday and it was completely filled to the brim (thank goodness my friend made a reservation). The foods on the menu incorporated more obscure ingredients. All in all, it had pretty good food with an amazing atmosphere.
