This is a review of the service department. I was quoted one price (from a book) for a particular service for my vehicle. When I picked it up, it was $45 more; the explanation I got was, 'I gave you the wrong price', even though it came from their pricing guide. The Service Manager adjusted the bill, but was visibly angry about the process; I think he thought I should just 'suck it up', and pay the (incorrect) amount. I can't prove it yet, but I think that I was overcharged for materials used (oil) for the service. I won't be back.
I returned on 01/10/2017 and spoke with the GM & Service Manager; they explained (to my satisfaction) what took place with the service on my vehicle, and why I was charged for more than twice the normal amount of oil needed for my vehicle. They acted very professionally, and I appreciated the way I was treated.
