rev:text	DO NOT LIVE HERE. In the last few months, this place has changed drastically. 1. PARKING: in short, there isn't enough. They have more cars and residents than spots. So, good luck trying to find a spot if you come home late. If there isn't a spot, you have to park on the street in a sketchy area. Forget about guest parking, it doesn't exist anymore. 2. FRUIT FLIES: It's hard to explain exactly how severe this issue has become and how much it has impacted our quality of life. There are bugs SWARMING the complex. They live in the drains and will be everywhere in your apartment. It's not just a few, I maybe kill 20-30 per day and I can't even get all of them. In your food, coffee, trash, bathtub, etc. Everyone keeps their trash on their patios because if you don't, you'll have 10x more flies. It is really gross. It was nice to keep the doors open on my patio but that is no longer an option. 3. ELEVATORS & GATES: They are always broken!! The elevator in my building has been out for about a month. I live on the 5th floor and have to climb 5 flights of stairs multiple times per day. With groceries and packages, it is very frustrating to deal with. You have to use the stairwells that are dark, very very dirty, and smokey from weed. 4. MARIJUANA: I don't smoke but am typically not bothered if someone else does. However, the entire complex smells like weed every night, especially in the stairwells (which we are forced to take because the elevators are broken!) I used to love keeping my windows open but you can't unless you want all of your clothes and furniture to smell like weed. The hallways and stairwells are the worst. I've discussed with managers and the front office and they seem to be aware of all of these problems but just haven't been able to solve them. I'm moving out soon due to these problems and I don't want anyone else to have to go through this!
